not only did i build the entire PC today but i managed to also go to the gym, get groceries, do all my laundry, clean all the dishes, and pray the Rosary. wat a productive day :smile:

I essentially picked the best CPU & GPU based on the blender benchmark performance. every other part i have no fucking idea, I just made sure it was compatible.

Just buy a noctua cooler. You cant go wrong with one of those. You're buying a top of the line CPU, you definitely need to pay attention to this. I made this same mistake when building my first PC. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/84...black-8252-cfm-cpu-cooler-nh-d15-chromaxblack

I think so, your case says is 210 mm wide according to PCPP and the noctua cooler (the one you should be getting) is 165 mm.
This is real and get a Graphite thermal patch (that matches your CPU size) and use the thermal paste to install it in place, this way you wont have to worry about changing your thermal paste ever again.
