Hey everyone. nigthany nogtano here, Internet’s least self-aware music nerd. And it’s time for a review. Of the new Fried By Fluoride album, Self-titled.

Fried By Fluoride is the quintessential Incelcore outfit. I would say Shooter, NEET, Crustsox, and Fried are the driving forces behind the Incelcore scene rn.

The album opens up with a self-titled track about what it’s like to live among the sheep punctuated with a catchy chorus. The next song is Wrath a track about resenting others and wanting to bring them down. Filled with screams and pounding drums you feel the apathetic rage.

Too Far gone, I don’t wanna do anything, blackpill beach all have a similar feel and are some of the best tracks on the album. Incredibly loud rhythmic Melodies drenched with numb chaos.

The album ends with Lay Down and Die. An appropriate ending to the project. The vocals are raspy and harsh as the singer pleads with the listener to understand. This and blackpill beach feel very summer like. Despite the lyrical tone the vibe is almost carefree.

This album is one of the best albums of the year. It encapsulates what being a zoomer really feels like. It’s comparable to grunge albums of the 90s in terms of cultural relevance. In an era where the charts are driven by what can be the best Tiktok sound, FBF makes music for what it’s like to scroll through tiktok. You know it’s a propaganda application but you don’t really care and the dopamine kinda feels good.
